Will LADLE remember me from one conversation to the next?

Yes — the memory feature stores durable facts you share (your interests, your family context, ongoing projects). You can view and edit what it remembers in Settings → Memory. Turn it off if you'd rather not.

Can I use it for health questions?

For general explanations of medical concepts, yes. For decisions about your own health, no — always talk to your doctor. LADLE isn't a medical tool and can confidently get specifics wrong.

How is it different from Google?

Google finds pages. LADLE has a conversation. For a specific factual answer, Google is often faster. For understanding a topic, working through a problem, drafting something, LADLE is the tool.

LEARNING COMPANION

Ask the question you've been embarrassed to ask.

LADLE explains without condescension. Ask about anything you've never quite understood — LADLE will tailor the answer to your level and adjust if it's too basic or too advanced.

I've never really understood what a stock is. Explain it to me at a level that respects that I'm 68 and have run a business but was never in finance.

FAMILY LETTERS

The letter to your grandchild you keep meaning to write.

Sketch what you want to say. LADLE drafts it in your voice for you to edit. The mechanical work is done; the personal work is yours.

Letter to my granddaughter for her graduation. I want to say something meaningful but I don't know how to start. She's 22, first in the family to graduate college.

PROJECT PLANNING

The garden / trip / research project you finally have time for.

Describe what you want to do. Get a plan structured around your specific interests and constraints. Iterate until it fits.

I want to plan a 3-week trip to Portugal, at a slower pace. My wife and I are 70, both mobile, love food and history, don't want to move hotels every 2 days.

WHY THIS EXISTS

Retirement is finally-having-time. LADLE makes the projects feasible faster. $8/mo of your subscription is earmarked into a meal fund on the road to a real partnership with the hunger-relief charity we select.

Questions.

Yes. Type your question in plain English, get an answer. No configuration required. Custom instructions and settings are optional; you can ignore them and still get value.
