Yes — the memory feature stores durable facts you share (your interests, your family context, ongoing projects). You can view and edit what it remembers in Settings → Memory. Turn it off if you'd rather not.

Can I use it for health questions?

For general explanations of medical concepts, yes. For decisions about your own health, no — always talk to your doctor. LADLE isn't a medical tool and can confidently get specifics wrong.
