Stripe charges $20. $8 is earmarked in a separate ledger the moment the charge clears. No hold, no averaging, no promise-based accounting.

We aggregate monthly.
On the last calendar day of the month, we sum the earmarked amount across every active subscription and add it to the meal fund. Every dollar is held for one purpose — meals — pegged to the partner's published $0.80/meal cost.

We publish a fund report.
Balance, month's earmark, cumulative-since-launch, and distance from the $50,000/year threshold — published the first of every month. No estimate, no averaging. What's actually in the fund.

Your personal My Table screen breaks down the plates your subscription has reserved, at plate resolution. Same math, per subscriber.

We are not a Business Associate and don't sign BAAs. Don't put PHI in LADLE. Enterprise-regulated deployments need a direct Anthropic contract, not us.
