Download invoices.

Settings → Billing → Invoices lists every charge to your account with a PDF download link next to each. Invoices are hosted by Stripe and marked as paid on the day the charge cleared.

Each invoice includes: your name, the email associated with the account, the line item (one line — "LADLE monthly subscription"), the amount ($20.00), the date, and the Stripe invoice number. If your company requires additional fields (business name, VAT/GST number, purchase order reference), add them in Settings → Billing → Invoice details. The next issued invoice will include them; already-issued invoices don't auto-update, but you can email support to reissue with new details.

VAT and GST: LADLE PBC is a US entity. We currently do not collect VAT or GST from customers, on the reading that our $20/mo consumer subscription falls under most jurisdictions' small-vendor thresholds. If your finance team requires a VAT-inclusive invoice for reclaim purposes, we can add a note stating VAT is exclusive; email support.

For expense reports: the PDF invoice format is designed to satisfy the common cases (Expensify, Concur, Brex, Ramp). If your specific tool requires a different format, download the JSON version from the same page — it has every field an expense system might parse.

If you don't see an invoice for a charge that appeared on your statement, check your account's start date — the first month's invoice is generated immediately at signup but occasionally shows up as "pending" for a few minutes.
